Mary did a outstanding job from listing to closing. We got a fair retail offer on the house within a week. There were a lot of contingencies in the contract which needed to be met. As you told me she would, Mary handled them all: arrange for a new swamp cooler, carpet removal, house cleaning, window cleaning, crawl space cleaning and trash removal. All her selected contractors were good and fairly priced. She also navigated some pretty tough negotiations. Being 2300 miles away, it was good to have her on my side.
